Your doctor will advise you when to call for test results. These are generally available between 5.15pm and 6pm. A message may be left with the receptionist for the doctor to call back at the doctor’s earliest convenience or a follow up appointment can be made. SMS is also available for test results.
*Further investigations requested by the doctor will incur a fee, charged by the provider carrying out the investigation.
Doctors at Corangamite Clinic cannot be contacted by phone during consultations, except in emergency situations. Messages will be taken and your call returned at the earliest opportunity.
In the interests of minimising and detecting side effects and to ensure the prescribed medication continues to be appropriate, from 1 January 2003 no routine regular scripts will be issued without consultation.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please phone Corangamite Clinic as this allows your appointment to be used for urgent patients. Missed appointments could incur a fee or your next appointment may not be with the doctor of your choice.
